• A member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her own username and password at pasarbola.com. Pasarbola.com will proceed with every transactions that occur under a valid username and password.

• Pasarbola.com has the right to reject a  new member registration without having to surrender any reason.

• Pasarbola.com has the right to update the terms and regulations without notice to the members. Every update will be posted on the main page of the website and this page. Members are suggested to read the appearing statements after logging in. If a member does not agree to the updates, he/she may terminate his/her membership at pasarbola.com; the remaining balance at pasarbola.com will be transferred to the member's account.

• If the schedule of a match is brought forward or if there is a scheduling mistake, the bet that is placed before the match starts is valid and the bet that is placed after or just before the match starts is considered invalid.

• For a multiple bet (bet for several matches), if any of the matches is postponed for more than 1 * 12 hours or is cancelled, the bet for that particular match will be considered void, which means the payout will only be based on other recognized matches that are in accordance with the schedule and if they are postponed, the postponement is less than 1 * 12 hours.

• The final result of a match is the result of 2 * 45 minutes play including injury time. Golden gold, 2 * 15 minutes or penalty shoot-out will not be unconsidered. Exception applies to winner-prediction bets, e.g. Tournament Bet and Some Tournaments or Friendly matches are scheduled to be played for 2x40 minutes, so all bets will be settled at the end of the scheduled time. There are some youth or friendly matches that will be played for 2 x 35 minutes or less, all soccer match bets taken on these matches will be considered Valid.

• If a match does not last for 2 * 45 minutes, and is not continued within a duration of 1 * 12 hours, the bet is void.

• Pasarbola.com have right to void/canceled any bet incase have key in wrong prices.

• The stake will be refunded to the member's account on every cancelled match.

• Cases not covered by this terms and conditions will be decided by pasarbola.com alone. Thus, for pasarbola.com to be able to provide better services, members have the rights and are obliged to send their feedback.

• Members' particulars that are provided by this website or by other means, will only be used to determine whether or not a member can place a bet and determine the payout.

• Member has the right to realize their winnings anytime, except Saturday and Sunday because of the high transaction volume. The realization request will be processed within 1 * 24 hours. If request is done on either Saturday and Monday, it will then be processed on Monday. 

• You will receive the fully amount of your winnings without any deduction other than those fees attributed by your bank. But for second or more withdrawal transaction made in 1 day,  We will deducted IDR 5000 for each transactions.

• The maximum winnings per user in a week is:   

1. For Asian Handicap: Unlimited, unless the user bets for more than 8 times in a particular match on the same team.

2. For Fixed Odd : Unlimited, unless the user bets for more than 8 times in a particular match on the same permutation.

3.  For Total Goal: Unlimited

4. For Odd or Even: Unlimited, unless the user bets for more than 8 times in a particular match on the same team.

5. For Tournament: Unlimited, unless the user bets for more than 8 times in a particular event on the same team/Driver.

6. For Spread and Money Line Betting: Unlimited, unless the user bet for more than 8 times in a particular match on the same team.

• Member can close their account at pasarbola.com anytime. The remaining balance of the account will be transferred to the member's bank account. If there are still ongoing matches on which the member placed his/her bet on, the remaining amount will only be transferred when the matches have come out with a final result.

• Pasarbola.com has the right to terminate its relationship with a member anytime without the need of giving any reason. In such a case, the remaining balance will be refunded straight away. If there are pending bettings (bettings on ongoing matches),  the remaining balance will only be transferred when the matches have come out with a final result.

• If there is an error in the balance calculation, member is obliged to inform pasarbola.com. Otherwise, pasarbola.com has the right to cancel winning result by using the wrong balance calculation.

• A match result will be posted no longer than 12 hours after the match has ended. If the result is not posted, members who win the match will have the winnings to be credited to their account.

• If there is a conflict, pasarbola.com will settle the conflict with its own way, printed matters or other proofs will not be taken into account.

• Member is responsible for checking all of the bets before sending them since the sent bets can no longer be cancelled.

• Pasarbola.com has the right to either fully, partially or even not accept the bets a member sends.

• Every bet shall be done cautiously, for every bet that have reached us can not be altered nor cancelled. Member shall read and understand the instructions for each bet. If there are still questions regarding the instructions, do contact Us by email or through cell phone.

• Pasarbola.com will not be held liable if a member experiences losses by entering wrong information, particularly the bank account information.

• If data are corrupted or lost, pasarbola.com will refer to its latest database backup. Transactions that are not recorded in the backup file will be cancelled.

• Pasarbola.com is a company under the jurisdiction of the government of Antiqua (Carribean Islands). All legal aspects will only be in accordance with the Government and Court of Antiqua and Barbuda.

• A member shall has passed his/her 18th year of life

• It is the responsible of a member to check the regulations regarding betting and gambling in a member's own country.
